Our Food & Beverage Director Jessica Munce got her start in the restaurant industry at 14 years old working as a hostess at Everett’s Steakhouse in Lee’s Summit.
She then went on to manage Summit Grill in the same building where Everett’s once was. She moved on to The Country Club at Loch Lloyd, where she was the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage for over five years. Looking to make a fun and challenging change, Jessica accepted the position of Food and Beverage Director at Creekmoor in August 2019.
She currently lives in Lee’s Summit with her Beagle, Wags. Jessica enjoys traveling, discovering “hole in the wall” restaurants or bars, and spending time with family. She is a diehard Chiefs fan, having attended most home games for over 10 seasons. You can usually find her tending bar at a large tailgate she hosts with her Dad and brother in lot C7! Go Chiefs
